A 16-year-old windsurfer from Christchurch in Dorset has beaten 1,200 of the UK's best young athletes from more than 60 sports to become SportsAid's One-to-Watch Award winner at the charity's SportsBall. The award was presented by Sir Steven Redgrave at a glittering ceremony in London in front of 650 SportsAid supporters. Former recipients include Tom Daley, Jodie Williams and Hollie Arnold.

SportsAid's 'One-to-Watch' 2012, Courtney Tulloch from Romford in Kent, has just helped Great Britain to its best-ever finish at a world gymnastics championships. Back in 2012 he received the award from teammates Kristian Thomas and Max Whitlock who ompeted alongside him at the championships.
